Meet Our Team
Cole Greer
Hi, I am Cole Greer and I am the owner and Lead Instructor for Legacy Driving Academy. My family has a Legacy of driving from my grandfather instructing Tank driving in the Army National Guard and my father having been a semi truck driver for nearly 50 years. I want to make sure that I teach my students the rules of the road and how to use them to help them be comfortable and safe while driving the roads in Arizona.
Steven Kinkade
Hi, I am Steve Kinkade, a retired fire chief with 42 years of safe driving experience. My goals are two fold; to ensure my student’s receive quality instruction and they are safe and comfortable in their training environment. My objective is to take the stress out of driving and for the student to have fun while learning. I am the Safety Director at Legacy Driving Academy. I spend my time with my eight grandchildren in sports, and that makes me the most patient person in the world.
See you on the road!

Jon Lindell
I am an Arizona Native and an alumni of Centennial High School (Go Coyotes!) and a graduate of Ottawa University’s local satellite campus here in the Phoenix area. After teaching my teenage daughter to drive, I joined the Legacy team in 2022 as a part time driving instructor during my off hours from my job in insurance claims. I take great satisfaction in helping drivers learn safe driving habits and build their confidence on the road. In my free time, I volunteer at my church where I am involved in youth ministry; I’m taking classes to become a deacon; and I spend time with my wife and 3 kids.
Krag Jones
My name is Krag Jones, I am originally from Missouri; the good old Midwest, prior to moving to Phoenix Arizona in 2019, I was living in Albuquerque, New Mexico for 15 years where I graduated from High School and College. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education to become a Teacher and coach Sports, I have done a lot of different driving jobs and that is what inspired me to become a driving instructor for Legacy Driving Academy. In my free time I like spending time with my daughter when I have her, following my KC Chiefs and STL Cardinals in sports, hanging out with friends and playing video games. Its been an honor to become an instructor with Legacy so I can strive and teach to make sure these student drivers are safe out on the roads and to give the students the knowledge and confidence they need to become a better driver at Legacy Driving Academy.

Kelly Clouser
Hi my name is Kelly! I am an Arizona native, and proud Sun Devil with 10+ years of teaching experience. I am very passionate about helping new drivers navigate our roads safely – especially with all the craziness of our growing population, and never ending construction. As a mom of three teenage boys who don’t think I’m funny…(but I totally am)…I know how to keep things light-hearted. I have been told that I have the patience of a saint, which definitely comes in handy during lessons! I love to mix eye-rolling dad jokes and quirky humor to make learning enjoyable. I am adaptable, but I do have high standards and expect my students to learn. Because, if I don’t water you, how are you going to grow?!
